    • PURPOSE: A powder core and a vehicle motor using the same are provided to save coil weight by 50% using a copper aluminum coil, as reducing amount of used coil and achieving compactness of the motor by applying an isotropic powder core with high shape degree of freedom to a motor core. CONSTITUTION: A powder core(100) includes an outer part(140), an inner part(120) and a winding part(160). The outer part is formed with metal powder, and is located in the outside of a motor. The inner part is located in the inside of the motor. The winding part connects the outer part and the inner part, and is wound with a coil In the winding part, an edge is formed through rounding processing, and height(b) is smaller than height(a) of the inner part. A part(164) where the winding part contacts with the inner part is formed to be naturally connected to form an oblique shape.

    • PURPOSE: A motor assembly for a vehicle equipped with a stator core is provided to reduce coil used amount by reducing the length of the stator core. CONSTITUTION: A bearing(120) is assembled in a stator core assembly. A rotor core(140) is assembled with a rotor magnet(150). A shaft(160) is pressed in the assembly of the rotor magnet and the rotor core. An O-ring(170), a bolt(172), and a grommet(174) are fixed and coupled on a shaft assembly. A wire assembly(180) and a connector(190) are connected to the shaft. A groove for wiring a coil is formed on a partitioned core manufactured by soft magnetic powder. The partitioned core assemblies a core sub assembly and a yoke. A front bearing is coupled and fixed between the core sub assembly and the yoke.
