    • A frame mounting structure of a frame body vehicle is provided to prevent the mounting bolt from being damaged even if large load is applied to the mounting bolt by breaking the fixing pin and rotating the head of the mounting bolt. In a frame body vehicle, a chassis frame(110) is assembled to a body frame(130) with a mounting bolt(140) by interposing upper and lower bushes(122,121) to the chassis. A head(141) of the mounting bolt is shaped like a sphere, and a rotary housing part(150) is fixed by making the head of the mounting bolt received in the body frame. The head is fixed by a fixing pin(142) penetrating the housing part. The head of the mounting bolt is rotated in the housing part if the fixing is broken by impact. The housing part has upper and lower housing parts(151,152) mutually welded.

    • PURPOSE: A leaking-preventing apparatus of fuel in a collision of a vehicle is provided to prevent fuel from leaking by forming a fuel shutoff valve on a fuel pipe operated mechanically when shock is given over specific level in the collision. CONSTITUTION: A fuel shutoff valve is formed on a fuel pipe to be operated mechanically by shock in a collision. The fuel shutoff valve comprises a connecting tool(31), a rubber bush(33), a rotating lever(36) and an inertia ball. The connecting tool has an inserting hole(32) for the rotating lever to be connected to the fuel pipe. The rubber bush has an inserting hole(35) as a rubber tube pipe. The rubber bush is received into the connecting tool longitudinally. The rotating lever has a passing hole(37) of fuel to an axial direction of the connecting tool. A middle portion of the rotating lever is inserted to inserting holes. The inertia ball rotates the rotating lever when shock is over specific lever on a side of the rotating lever. Thereby, fuel leakage is prevented by the fuel shutoff valve on the fuel pipe operated mechanically in the collision.

Manpower is reduced by improving working efficiency with modifying the structure, and breakage is prevented by fixing the hood hinge.

The ankle protecting apparatus is composed of a housing(41) fixed in the rear part of the plate member; an inflator installed in the housing, and controlled by an electronic control unit(30); a connecting bar(43) combined with the housing, and arranged longitudinally in exploding the inflator; an auxiliary plate(44) supporting the foot of the driver by protruding in deploying the connecting bar; and a switch sensor(45) installed between the plate member and a cover member(12) to detect the position of the foot. The ankle of the driver is protected by supporting the foot with drawing the auxiliary plate out of the plate member at a collision in braking.
