    • The present invention relates to a clad metal bus bar for a film capacitor. Based on the total thickness of a bus bar, the aluminum layer has a thickness ratio of 60-80%, the first copper layer has a thickness ratio of 10-20%, and the second copper layer has a thickness ratio of 10-20%.

    • An aluminum based sub-frame in a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of components of the sub-frame by simultaneously forming components of the sub-frame using high strength aluminum alloy through a hot gas molding. An aluminum based sub-frame comprises left/right side frame members(1,2), front/rear cross members(3,4) formed separated from left/right side frame members, and a mounting bracket(5), which is mounted on the left/right side frame members to form a coupling point of a vehicle body. The left/right side frame members are manufactured using aluminum through a hydro-forming process to allow a front wheel suspension to be mounted thereon. The front/rear cross members are formed using extrusion type high strength aluminum alloy through a hot gas molding process. The front/rear cross members are connected to the left/right frame members, respectively.

    • A high intensity aluminum alloy for hot gas forming is provided to prevent cracks and to improve an extrusion rate by properly adjusting composition of Mg, Mn, Cr, and Ti. A high intensity aluminum alloy is used for manufacturing vehicle components. The high intensity aluminum alloy comprises 3.1~3.7 weight% of Mg, 0.5~0.6 weight% of Mn, 0.2~0.4 weight% of Cr, 0.1~0.2 weight% of Ti, 0.2 weight% or less of Fe, 0.2 weight% or less of Si, and Al. The sum of Fe and Si is 0.35 weight% or less. Mg is used to cure a solid solution while improving strength and erosion-resistant characteristics of a base structure. Mn is employed to prevent crack from occurring during hot gas forming. Cr prevents a recrystallization layer from growing, thereby improving quality of an alloy under the high temperature condition. Ti reduces the size of metallic compound.
