    • A Macpherson suspension is provided to prevent an upper pad of rubber material from getting loose from a lower end surface of an upper spring seat. A Macpherson suspension comprises an upper spring seat(65) and an upper pad(55) of rubber material. The upper spring seat is mounted in an upper end of a piston rod of a shock absorber included in a strut. The upper pad of the rubber material is coupled to a lower surface of the upper spring seat. Inserted protrusions(60) are formed in an adherent surface of the upper pad adherent to the upper spring seat. Inserting grooves(70) corresponding to the inserted protrusions are in a lower surface of the upper spring seat. The upper pad is tightly coupled to a lower surface of the upper spring seat.

    • PURPOSE: A spring pad of a vehicle suspension is provided to prevent noise and enhance durability since the spring pad maintains a stable state on a spring sheet. CONSTITUTION: A spring pad of a vehicle suspension comprises a spring mount(1), a protrusion(5) and an anti-separating unit. The spring mount holds a spring. The protrusion is protruded to the lower part of the spring mount and passes through the hole of a spring sheet. The anti-separating unit prevents the protrusion from becoming separated after the protrusion is inserted into the hole to some depth. The anti-separating unit is formed on the protrusion itself of a spring pad(7). The outer diameter of the anti-separating unit becomes narrower when the protrusion is inserted into the hole of the spring sheet. The outer diameter of the anti-separating unit becomes wider when the protrusion moves in the direction of being removed from the hole.

    • A geometry bush of a lower arm of a suspension of a vehicle is provided to improve degree of freedom of tuning process and to prevent damage of a mass by forming a soft area of the G bush with urethane material. In a geometry bush of a lower arm(1) of a suspension of a vehicle, the lower arm has 3-points engaging structure with a ball joint(10), an A bush(20), and a G bush(30). The G bush formed rigid area sections(X,X') and soft area sections(Y,Y') formed at two parts around a center, by dividing a mass(33) which is formed between an outer pipe(31) and an inner pipe(32) using a splitter(37) as a media. The flexible splitter is made of synthetic resin. The soft area sections are made of urethane material to be transformed easily. The mass has a plurality of wrinkle ends forming a concentric circle.

A step bar control system for a stabilizer includes a housing, first and second step bars(6,8), a connection bar(10), an actuator(12), and a control unit(14). The housing is fixed and connected on a frame of a vehicle. One side ends of the first and the second step bars are rotatably connected to both ends of the housing. The other ends of the first and the second step bars are connected to each suspension of the vehicle. The connection bar is installed inside of the housing to approach or separate near ends of the first and the second step bars. The actuator is connected to the connection bar. The control unit is connected to the actuator to detect a cornering state of the vehicle.
