    • PURPOSE: A differential structure is provided to prevent the weight of the differential from increasing by combining a ring gear and a differential case without a plurality of bolts and nuts. CONSTITUTION: A case bearing surface(3) is formed as an arc on a differential case with respect to a rotation shaft of the differential case. A stopper stage(7) is formed to be protruding in a radial direction from the case bearing surface to limit the depth of insertion of the ring gear which is inserted by sliding along the case bearing surface.     • PURPOSE: An axle of a vehicle is provided to easily and appropriately control the pre-pressure of a deep bearing supporting a differential case in a rear case by pressurizing the deep bearing by a pre-pressure controlling nut. CONSTITUTION: An axle of a vehicle comprises a differential case(3) wherein a deep bearing(1) is assembled in both sides of the differential case, a carrier case(7) which comprises a case thread(5) with a screw groove on the outside of a bearing settling surface(4) wherein the deep bearing is settled, a bearing cap(11) which is assembled in the carrier case and fixes the deep bearing on the carrier case and comprises a cap screw surface(9) with a screw groove which is similar with the screw groove of the case thread, and a pre-pressure controlling nut(13) which is arranged between the carrier case and the bearing cap and spirally moves along the helix formed with the case thread and the cap screw side and pressurize the deep bearing.
