    • The present invention relates to a system and method for purifying a high concentration of contaminated soil, which is combined with a phased continuous advanced sorting process and a pollution load-differential heavy metal removing process. In more particular, the present invention relates to a system combined with a phased continuous advanced sorting process and a pollution load-differential heavy metal removing process for purifying a high concentration of contaminated soil, which is characterized in comprising: a measuring part for measuring a pollution level to measure a heavy metal concentration of contaminated soil; a pre-treating part for disintegrating contaminated soil having a heavy metal concentration equal to or greater than a specific concentration by mixing the contaminated soil with water; a foreign substance remover, which removes a foreign substance from the contaminated soil introduced from the pre-treating part, and sorts the contaminated soil into particles having a predetermined diameter or greater, as purified soil, and contaminated soil smaller than the predetermined diameter; at least one multi-stage particle size sorter, which receives the contaminated soil smaller than the predetermined diameter, obtained through the sorting at the foreign substance remover, to subdivide the contaminated soil according to particle diameters; a purifying device receiving the contaminated soil subdivided at the multi-stage particle size sorter to wash the contaminated soil with washing process water according to particle diameters; a filtering device including a vacuum belt filter to receive purified soil obtained by washing the contaminated soil at the purifying device, separate washing process water from the purified soil, and discharge the purified soil and the washing process water; and a neutralizing tank receiving the washing process water discharged from the purifying device and the filtering device to neutralize the washing process water.
