    • The present invention relates to a counter electrode of dye-sensitized solar cell characterized in that a substrate and upper side of the substrate are coated with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) nanofiber dispersion liquid in which dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is added, a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. The dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention displays the high power conversion efficiency due to large area and mesoporosity characteristics of nanofiber and also displays the high current density (Jsc), fill factor (ff) and gross power conversion efficiency (η) due to the excellent catalytic activation of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) for reduction of I3-, thereby having excellent photoelectric cell characteristics. Furthermore, the method for manufacturing the counter electrode of dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention does not require high costs by using the solution process and therefore is preferably applicable for the industrial production.
