    • An Fe-based alloy having corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance and a manufacturing method of the alloy are provided, wherein the alloy is excellent in corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, reduce manufacturing costs, and is environmentally friendly by adding Fe as a basic component and Cr and C as relatively inexpensive alloy elements and recycling Ti alloy scraps, thereby maintaining composition ratios of Ti, Al, and V as the alloy elements as they are. An Fe-based alloy having corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance comprises 14.1 to 14.7 wt.% of Cr, 1.41 to 1.47 wt.% of C, 1.78 to 5.46 wt.% of Ti, 0.11 to 0.39 wt.% of Al, and 0.07 to 0.27 wt.% of V with the balance being Fe, wherein a weight ratio of Ti, Al, and V is 89 to 91:5.5 to 6.5:3.5 to 4.5. A manufacturing method of an Fe-based alloy having corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance comprises the steps of: weighing 94 to 98 wt.% of an Fe-15%Cr-1.5%C alloy and 2 to 6 wt.% of a Ti-6%Al-4%V alloy as a raw material such that the alloys comprise 14.1 to 14.7 wt.% of Cr, 1.41 to 1.47 wt.% of C, 1.78 to 5.46 wt.% of Ti, 0.11 to 0.39 wt.% of Al, and 0.07 to 0.27 wt.% of V with the balance being Fe; melting the weighed raw material to a temperature of 1600 to 1800 deg.C under a pressure condition of 60 to 80 torrs; discharging the molten metal at a temperature of 1500 to 1600 deg.C; and pouring the discharged molten metal into a mold to cast the molten metal.

      상기 오스테나이트 내침식 철계 합금은 Mn과 함께 B을 첨가하여 변형유기 마르텐사이트 상변태를 촉진시켜 종래 고가의 합금과 비교하여 캐비테이션 저항성이 크게 향상됨에 따라, 별도의 표면 처리를 수행하지 않더라도 해수용 펌프, 임펠러, 선박용 러더 뿐만 아니라 증기터빈 부소재, 밸브류, 펌프 샤프트 등 캐비테이션 침식이나 마식에 의한 손상이 심한 부품에 적용된다.

A Fe based alloy having corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance contains 20 to 30 weight% of Cr, 0.5 to 2 weight% of C, 0.5 to 2 weight% of B, 3 to 4 weight% of Ni, 3 to 6 weight% of Mo, 3 to 6 weight% of W, and the remainder of Fe. Weight ratio of Cr/(C+B) is 8 to 12. Contents of Ni, Mo, and W are 9 to 16 weight%. A phase fraction of austenite and martensite is 95:5 to 50:50. Loss weight which is measured by ASTM G65 is less than 150mg.
