    • The present invention relates to a magnetostrictive location measuring apparatus comprising: a pulse generator applying a current pulse in order to measure a position; a wave guide guiding a pulse wave generated in the pulse generator; a displacement magnet part which slides along a body of the wave guide and generates a synthetic magnetic field when the pulse wave is approached; a pick-up coil part which, when the synthetic magnetic field introduced from the displacement magnet part is converted into ultrasonic waves and is reflected along the wave guide, detects the ultrasonic waves and converts the ultrasonic waves into a response electric signal; and a control circuit part which calculates a distance with a delay time between the response electric signal detected in the pickup coil part and the current pulse of the pulse generator and outputs the distance. The magnetostrictive location measuring apparatus additionally includes a zero magnet fixed to the body part of the wave guide. The magnetostrictive location measuring apparatus corrects a response error of the response electric signal by making the control circuit unit to receive the response electric signal of the displacement magnet for the current pulse and the response electric signal of the zero magnet at the same time when measuring a distance of the displace magnet by inputting an installation distance of the zero magnet in the control circuit part in advance. According to the present invention, the magnetostrictive location measuring apparatus can output information on the accurate position of the displacement magnet by automatically correcting the property change of the wave guide changed by an external environment, such as a temperature or a pressure.

    • PURPOSE: A flow meter for a valve remote control system is provided to remove accumulated errors generated from an oil pressure generator and a temperature change in the inside of a hydraulic line, thereby automatically performing a zero point adjustment. CONSTITUTION: A flow meter(10) for a valve remote control system comprises a rotor(100), a sensor(120), and a signal processor(130). The rotor is formed in the inside of a fluid pipe(200) connecting an oil pressure generator(20) and a valve actuator(300), thereby being rotated by a flow of a fluid. The sensor senses rotation and a direction of the rotor, thereby transmitting the same with electric signals. The signal processor receives the signals of the sensor, thereby analyzing a flow rate and a forward-and-backward direction of the fluid. The signal processor outputs opening/closing information of the valve actuator. When underactuation within a preset error range is sensed during a predetermined time period after opening/closing the valve actuator, the sensed underactuation is regarded as noises caused by output errors of the oil pressure generator so that the signal processor forcibly performs a zero point adjustment to make the valve actuator be in a normal state.
