    • PURPOSE: An electric power conversion apparatus in an energy harvesting system and a method thereof are provided to obtain maximum power from a number of energy sources, by adjusting load impedance in a connection structure between source terminals selected by using electric characteristics values of each source or between the source terminal and a gathering terminal. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit (300) calculates serial and parallel combination by using an electric characteristics value of each source terminal connected to a plurality of energy sources as an input parameter. A power synthesis unit (100) measures the electric characteristics value of an individual source terminal among the plurality of source terminals and then transfers the electric characteristics value to the central control unit. The power synthesis unit connects each source terminal in serial or parallel combination according to the calculated serial/parallel combination result, and matches impedance between a load terminal and the source terminal connected in serial or parallel. A voltage conversion unit (200) generates a power source voltage by converting a power signal gathered in the power synthesis unit.     • PURPOSE: A rotational rehabilitation treatment apparatus using vibration and a method thereof are provided to conduct a rotation movement up to a desired motion point by giving intuitive stimulations using a haptic element. CONSTITUTION: A rotational rehabilitation treatment apparatus (200) using vibration comprises a vibration part (210) which is equipped with multiple haptic elements and which applies different vibrations along with a rehabilitation exercise rotation direction being attached on a human body of a user; and a control part (220) which decides the rehabilitation exercise rotation direction according to a rehabilitation exercise data which is previously set to make the user rotate the human body, which vibrates the haptic element which corresponds to the rotation rehabilitation exercise direction among multiple haptic elements equipped; and which stops the vibration of the haptic element once the rotation to the rehabilitation exercise rotation direction is complete. A rotation rehabilitation treatment method using vibration includes the following steps; a direction decision step which determines the rehabilitation exercise rotation direction according to the rehabilitation exercise data which is set previously to make the user rotate the human body; a vibration step which vibrates the haptic element corresponded to the rotation rehabilitation exercise direction which is set before among multiple haptic elements which give different stimulations being attached on the human body of the user; and a vibration stopping step which stops the vibration of the haptic elements corresponded to the rotation rehabilitation exercise direction once the rotation of the human body is complete toward the rotation rehabilitation exercise direction which is determined.     • PURPOSE: A sound transfer apparatus and a method thereof are provided to counteract interference signals generated by a nonlinearity of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A first signal processing unit(120) modulates a sound signal created by a sound signal creation unit by using an SSB(single side band) transmission method. The first signal processing unit synthesizes the modulated sound signal with a carrier wave generated from a carrier wave signal generation unit.
