摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and microcapsules manufactured thereby are provided to improve thermal stability, solvent resistance, chemical stability, and workability, and to diversity kinds of a dispersing agent by using the microcapsules as the dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurea microcapsule comprises the following steps; manufacturing a dispersed solution by decentralizing particles into saturated alcohol; dissolving amine-based monomer in the dispersed solution; making emulsion by mixing the dispersed solution, vegetable oil and diesel oil(30); and manufacturing the microcapsule which has the dispersed solution as a core material by dissolving a nonpolar isocyanate compound into the emulsion. The particle is conductive powder, metal particles, metalorganic particles, metal oxide particles, magnetic particles and hydrophobic polymer particles.

摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of microcapsules, microcapsules manufactured thereby, and electronic paper having a fast response time are provided to make an electronic paper having a quick response time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of microcapsules(10) comprises the following steps: manufacturing a dispersed solution by dispersing a pigment microparticle, which is charged, into a dispersing medium including liquid crystal; forming an emulsion by emulsifying the dispersed solution into an aqueous solution; and manufacturing the microcapsules by mixing wall formation material with the emulsion. The dispersing medium further includes dielectric oil. A dispersing stabilizer is a non-ionic surfactant or a polymer material.

CONSTITUTION: A transmissivity-changeable film(100) comprises the first transparent electrode(10), the second transparent electrode(20), and a plurality of electroheological fluid microcapsules(40). A plurality of electroheological fluid microcapsules is interposed between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. A polymer partition film(42) provides a sealed space. Insulating fluid(46) is included in the sealed space. Polarizing particles(44) are included in the insulating fluid. When a voltage is applied to the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode, the polarizing particles are arranged in a row.
