    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating carbon dioxide having improved sensible heat recovery efficiency using decompression and phase separation. The apparatus for separating carbon dioxide having improved sensible heat recovery efficiency using decompression and phase separation comprises: an absorption column for introducing exhaust gas and making carbon dioxide and an absorbent, which are included in the exhaust gas, react; a first pipe for moving carbon-dioxide-rich solution that is generated by making the carbon dioxide and the absorbent react; a decompression and phase separation part arranged on the first pipe, conducting heat exchange by decompressing the carbon-dioxide-rich solution and separating the phase of the carbon-dioxide-rich solution into gas and liquid; a stripping column for introducing the carbon-dioxide-rich solution in gaseous state and the carbon-dioxide-rich solution in liquid state, and separating carbon dioxide from the carbon-dioxide-rich solution; a second pipe for connecting the stripping column to the decompression and phase separation part so that lean solution having the carbon dioxide separated can move; and an re-heater for supplying heat to the stripping column so that carbon dioxide can be separated from the carbon-dioxide-rich solution, wherein the lean solution is introduced into the decompression and phase separation part and the carbon-dioxide-rich solution is introduced into the stripping column after being separated into gas and liquid by the heat of the lean solution.
