    • PURPOSE: Provided is a spraying nozzle for eliminating the sludge of heat exchangers which bring corrosion reacting with the material of the heat exchanger, decreasing their efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The structure of the nozzle comprises: a direct entering pipe line(11) of high pressure water; a taper pipe line(12) with a certain length which is connected to the above entering pipe line(11) and is narrowed more than 20degrees; a discharge pipe line(13) with a certain length connected to the above taper pipe line(12); and forming a flow line(10) inside the above spraying nozzle(1). The method of manufacturing comprises: finishing wedge at the front end of the nozzle fabrication and the exterior nut before working on the interior; fabricating a taper with the taper drill with a little smaller size of the lay out; drilling/grinding fabrication with high speed rpm(not less than 100 thousand rpm) with the taper drill of the size in the layout covered with compounds; making a hole for pilot hole at the middle part of the taper fabrication along the axis of the nozzle, the hole being smaller in size than the discharge part of the nozzle; drilling/grinding fabrication with the drill of the diameter size of the discharge part covering it with compounds; milling fabrication of discharge side of the nozzle with compounds; fillet fabrication at the entrance of the nozzle; eliminating the fine bur formed at the flow pipe line part with the tool by inserting it into the nozzle hole and turning it slightly; and heat treating in stepwise.

    • PURPOSE: An equipment for cleaning up sludge of steam generator is provided to be usable regardless of arrangement of heat transfer pipes in a steam generator. CONSTITUTION: A rail(23) is installed inside a steam generator and has a part cut to extend from one side manual working opening to the other side manual working opening without interruption of a central supportive rod. A cleaner robot(25) is put into the steam generator by the rail to clean up. A nozzle connective part is installed on the cleaner robot to install various nozzle main bodies. A hose and cable elevator system is constructed by attaching additional flange on the manual working opening of the steam generator and installing a rail fixing board and a supportive structure, to keep tension of a cable and a hose, connected with the cleaner robot, stable and prevent entanglement of the cable and the hose. A visual device fixing part and a lens cleaning nozzle are installed on the cleaner robot to inspect whether high pressure water is accurately sprayed through a nozzle on a heat transfer pipe.

      상기와 같이 이루어진 본 발명에 의하면, 증기발생기의 전열관 표면 및 전열관 하부지지판 상부에 침적되는 슬러지를 보다 안전하면서 확실하게 제거할 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: An O-ring connection structure for preventing the nuclear reactor pressure vessel from leakage is provided to guarantee the firm connection state, to avoid the deformation, and to maximize the O-ring usage life. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of O-rings(200) are installed and fixed to the cover to seal between the nuclear reactor pressure vessel and the cover in the pressurized water reactor plant. The O-ring connection structure(300) has many retainers(310), many nut grooves, and many bolts(320). The retainer has supports(311) for supporting the O-ring, and fixing pieces(312) having their own fixing hole(313). The retainers are radially installed around the O-ring, and the supports are installed with a predefined gradient angle. The nut grooves having bolt head intaglio are formed on the cover flange of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel.

The forward step problem in the first step has an assumption of a non-compressed and non-viscous flow. In the second step, the physical spatial coordinate having a plurality of steps is transformed into the infinite flat coordinate by the Schwartz-Christoff transform. By using the matched asymptotic expansion the wave equation is obtained.
