    • PURPOSE: A method and system for evaluating a stop set value of anxiety state are provided to prevent an output bandage when a year depositing by setting and evaluating a stop setting value using optimized correlation equation. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(110) store a neutron flux distribution, hydrothermal power result information, measurement signal information, an atom driving history and uncertainty information as file form by collecting the information per anxiety state. These information can evaluate a stop set value of protecting a local over output. A stop set value calculating unit(120) calculates stop set value which can stop an atom path by 98 percent possibility per each anxiety state by utilizing all kinds of material provided from the information collecting unit. The stop set value calculating unit transmits a stop set value per anxiety state to optimized correlation equation extracting unit with measurement device signal distribution information. An optimized correlation extracting unit(130) extracts optimized correlation equation which draws a measurement signal distribution information and a stop set value.
