    • PURPOSE: A generator winding moisture-absorption monitoring device and a method thereof are provided to be installed in a necessary measurement position regardless of the thickness change of a winding insulating material and to prevent errors due to the surface roughness by being installed inside of an insulating paint in which the winding surface roughness is determined. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(110) measures the moisture absorption state of a winding insulating material. A driving circuit box(120) is connected to the electrode, receives measurement results from the electrode, and converts the measurement results into an electrical signal. A connection line(130) electrically connects a winding moisture-absorption monitoring unit(100) with a second winding moisture-absorption monitoring unit(200). The surface of the first winding moisture-absorption monitoring unit is able to form a coating layer(140) by a coating treatment, is installed by closely adhering to the surface of the winding insulating material, and repaints insulation paint thereon.

    • PURPOSE: An emergency bearing and a flywheel energy storing device using the same are provided to maintain the structure of the emergency bearing at a maximum steady state when ascending a flywheel and the emergency bearing seating. CONSTITUTION: An emergency bearing of a flywheel energy storing device comprises a rotating shaft(110), an upper emergency bearing(140), a lower emergency bearing(150), a supporter(160), and an actuator(170). The rotary shaft is joined by penetrating through the flywheel. The upper emergency bearing is formed to be positioned at a first gap away from the upper part of the rotary shaft. The lower emergency bearing is formed to be positioned at a second gap away from the lower part of the rotary shaft. The supporter surrounds the exterior surface of the upper emergency bearing. The actuator is formed on the top of the supporter.

    • PURPOSE: A turbine blade assembly is provided to extend the service life of turbine blades and prevent damage to the turbine blades by reducing the dynamic stress of airfoils. CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade assembly(100) comprises a root(110), an airfoil(120), and a cover(130). The airfoil is extended from the root. Both ends of the cover are radially multilevel. The cover comprises connection parts(132a,132b), first multilevel parts(131a,131b), and second multilevel parts(133a,133b). The connection part is extended from the airfoil. The first multilevel part is projected from one end of the connection part. The second multilevel part is radially projected from the other end of the connection part.
