    • The present invention relates to a rice processing complex and a rice distribution management system and, more specifically, to a rice processing complex including a measuring device for measuring the quality of polished rice and to a rice distribution management system. To this end, the rice distribution management system comprises a drying storage center and a rice processing complex, wherein the rice processing complex includes a distribution management database which stores weight information and position information of multiple types of warehoused or delivered rice classified according to before and after processing or the degree of processing and quality information of the warehoused rice along with grower identification information; multiple storage tanks which store the multiple types of the rice by type; a quality measuring unit which stores the quality of the rice stored in the storage tank including rice bran; an identification information input unit which receives and transmits the grower identification information of unhulled rice among the multiple types of rice; multiple auto weighers which are respectively installed in an entrance gate and an exit gate of each storage tank, detect the weight of the warehoused or delivered rice, and transmit the detected weight information and rice information of the rice; and a distribution information management unit which matches the weight information and the position information of the rice provided from the auto weigher with the grower identification information provided from the identification information input unit, stores the matched information in the distribution management database, and manages the stored information.

    • PURPOSE: A method for measuring a bay salt quality via the measurement of insoluble components and moisture contained in bay salt is provided to rapidly, non-destructively, and accurately analyze the amount of the insoluble components contained in the bay salt per each place of production and each inclusive date by using near infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring a bay salt quality by the measurement of insoluble components and moisture contained in bay salt includes the following steps of: analyzing the moisture content of salt and the insoluble sulfate ion content with a near infrared ray method; and determining a quality grade of salt based on the moisture content and the insoluble sulfate ion content. Magnesium and calcium are included in the insoluble components. The salt is bay salt.

    • An instant rice cake having improved sensory properties and nutrition properties is provided to secure an extended quality maintaining period. An instant rice cake comprises the following steps of: kneading rice flour, supplementary materials, an aging inhibitor and functional materials to prepare dough; and inputting the dough in a container and irradiating 600~800W of microwaves to the dough for 1-5 minutes to obtain the instant rice cake. The rice flour is mixed with rice flour with 10~80mum of particle size and other rice flour with 100~300mum of particle size in a mixing ratio of 1 to 9 or 9 to 1. The rice is selected among white rice, brown rice, germinated brown rice and black rice.
