    • PURPOSE: A trend analysis system of reclaimed land settlement over time using a three-dimensional laser scanner is provided to predict the movement of a reclaimed land by estimating a tendency to move using a three-dimensional laser scanner which scans the surface of the reclaimed land, thereby performing measurement systematically and saving resources including time, labor, cost, etc. CONSTITUTION: A reclaimed land settlement trend analysis system (1000) includes a laser scanner (100) and a management control server (200). A laser scanner, which is installed separately from reclaimed land, shoots a laser beam to the surface of the reclaimed land, receives the reflected laser beam, repeatedly calculates the space coordinates of a measuring point (P) to which a laser beam is shot, and produces measurement data about a plurality of measuring points on the surface of the reclaimed land. The management control server generates current and previous three-dimensional images by converting measuring point data provided by the laser scanner, previously produced measuring point data, and reclaimed land design data, and identifies a change between current and previous images by comparing the generated three-dimensional images.
