    • The present invention relates to a method of extracting urushiol from raw lacquer comprising: a solvent mixing step of mixing 50 kg of raw lacquer and 50-100l of hydrophilic organic solvent and leaving ingredients after stirring the ingredients; a first centrifugation step of performing centrifugation on a supernatant fraction at 5,000-15,000 rpm and a speed of 0.5-2l/min with a centrifuge and primarily extracting an urushiol solution; a second centrifugation step of mixing sediments with 25-50l of hydrophilic organic solvent, stirring ingredients, leaving the ingredients for more than 24 hours, performing centrifugation and secondarily extracting an urushiol solution; a third centrifugation step of mixing segments with 25-50l of hydrophilic organic solvent, stirring ingredients, leaving the ingredients for more than 24 hours, performing centrifugation and thirdly extracting an urushiol solution; and a filter cloth centrifugation step of putting segments in a filter cloth, performing dewatering on the segments in the filter cloth with a dehydrator and fourthly extracting an urushiol solution. The present invention mixes raw lacquer and organic solvents, sinks nitrogenous compounds and gum by leaving them for more than 24 hours, extracts an urushiol solution by performing centrifugation on a supernatant fraction, performs centrifugation on an urushiol-ethanol solution obtained by dehydrating a sunk solution with the filter cloth and is able to extract urushiol of more than 95% contained in the sunk solution.

    • A method for preparing a sealant containing lacquer is provided to obtain a silicone sealant or acrylic sealant useful for various industrial fields including building industries, and to realize health-aid, antibacterial, electron wave-shielding and eco-friendly effects while inhibiting allergic conditions caused by lacquer poison. A method for preparing a sealant containing lacquer comprises the steps of: reacting urushiol with isocyanate to form a solid mixture; crushing the solid mixture to obtain urushiol-containing lacquer powder; and mixing the lacquer powder with a silicone sealant, followed by hardening. In a variant, an acrylic sealant is used instead of the silicone sealant. The sealant is mixed with the lacquer powder in a weight ratio of 1:0.01-0.3.

In the panel manufacturing method using mixed solution of melamine resin and urushiol lacquer, a urushiol lacquer extracting step comprises: mixing raw lacquer and xylene at the weight rate of 1:0.8~1.2 and extracting urushiol components by centrifugally separating the mixture of the raw lacquer and xylene at 4,000~6,000 RPM(Revolution Per Minute) for 5~15 minutes; mixing ammonia water of 8~12wt.% with the extracted urushiol and then removing moisture by reacting the ammonia water and urushiol at 30~50 RPM for 30~90 minutes; and adding alcohol of 12~13.5wt.% to the urushiol, heating the urushiol at 80~120°C for 30~90 minutes, mixing xylene of 9.5~10wt.% at 70~85°C, and then separating urushiol lacquer by heating the mixture for 30~90 minutes. In a second step, the print paper is impregnated with the mixed solution produced by mixing the melamine resin of 70~99wt.% with the urushiol lacquer of 1~30wt.%.

    • A method for coating metal sheet through silk-screen printing is provided to easily realize massive production of lacquer coated metal sheets and to exhibit excellent anti-microbial effect, durability, far-infrared ray emission and absorption of electromagnetic wave of the lacquer ingredient by applying a mixture of ink and lacquer or varnish to the metal sheet with various colors and patterns. The method comprises the steps of: pre-treating surface of a metal sheet; applying a mixture of 5-95wt.% of ink and 95-5wt.% of lacquer solution to the treated surface through silk-screen printing; drying the printed metal sheet; applying another mixture of filtered lacquer and varnish to the metal sheet; and drying the final applied metal sheet. The second mixture comprises 95-98wt.% of the lacquer and 2-5wt.% of the varnish based on total weight of the mixture. The method further includes the steps of: applying another lacquer which contains PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate) and MMA(methyl methacrylate) to the first dried metal sheet; and drying the applied metal sheet.
