    • PURPOSE: A wideband optical splitter and a multi wavelength band optical coherence tomography using the same are provided to obtain a sample image depending on a plurality of different wavelengths at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A multi wavelength band optical coherence tomography using a wideband optical splitter (100) comprises the wideband optical splitter, a light source (210), a base end (220), a sample end (230), a spectrometer (240), a frame grabber, and a computer. The light source provides light to the wideband optical splitter. The light source divides into first and second light sources via the wideband optical splitter. The base end reflects the first light source by a reflecting mirror. The sample end reflects the second light source by a sample. The first and second light sources, which are reflected from the base end and the sample end, are combined via the wideband optical splitter again. The spectrometer obtains an interference fringe signal generated by a path difference between the first and second light source. The frame grabber transmits the interference fringe signal to the computer. The computer receives the interference fringe signal and converts it into an image.

    • PURPOSE: A dual band optical coherence tomography system using a broadband optical splitter is provided to obtain an image of a sample about two wavelengths selected in a broad wavelength area at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A dual band optical coherence tomography system using a broadband optical splitter comprises a broadband optical coupler (300), a broadband optical splitter (100), a reference terminal (220), a sample terminal (230), and a detector terminal (240). The broadband optical coupler comprises a first terminal and a second input terminal (310, 320) in which a first light source and a second light source is respective inputted. The broadband optical splitter divides a first coupled light coming into a source terminal (210) into a first divided light and a second divided light. The reference terminal provides a path in which the first divided light passes by combining with one side of the broadband optical splitter, and reflects the first divided light by a reflection mirror (221). The sample terminal provides a path in which the second divided light passes by combining with the other side of the broadband optical splitter, and reflects the second divided light by a sample (231). The detector terminal obtains an image by using a dark fringe of each wavelength divided by a dichroic mirror (241).
