    • A coaxial structural transmission line system using a dielectric thin film, a manufacturing method thereof and a package method using the same are provided to reduce the loss of a signal and to block interference between adjacent signal lines. A plurality of grooves are formed on a semiconductor substrate(11). A first ground surface(21) is formed along an upper surface of the resultant structure. A conductive epoxy(61) as an adhesive is coated on a flat portion of the first ground surface. A second ground surface(41) is formed on the conductive epoxy. A dielectric film(31) is formed on the second ground surface. A third ground surface(51a) is formed on the dielectric film. A signal line(51b) is installed in a space between the groove and a lower surface of the dielectric film. The conductive epoxy is interposed between the first and second ground surfaces.
