    • PURPOSE: A timber frame lightweight wall using a middle lintel and a construction method thereof are provided to obtain fire resistance performance and sound insulation performance of the timber frame lightweight wall. CONSTITUTION: A timber frame lightweight wall(100) using a middle lintel(130) comprises an upper timber frame(110), a lower timber frame(120), the middle lintel, both fire resistance boards(140), and an insulation material. The upper timer frame is formed in a square frame shape using wall girders(111,112) and a stud(113). The lower timber frame is formed in a square frame shape using the wall girders(121,122) and the stud(123). The middle lintel is connected between the upper part and the lower part of the upper and lower timber frames and is installed in order to individually classify the upper and lower timber frames. Both fire resistance boards are installed on the front surface and the rear surface of the middle lintel and the upper and lower timber frames. The insulation material is inserted between the fire resistance boards and studs.

    • An apparatus for testing a fireproof filler material for a linear joint is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a fixing block, an operating block disposed by being spaced apart from the fixing block so as to provide an accommodation space of an object to be tested in a space between itself and the fixing block; a driving unit for moving the operating block; and a control unit for controlling the movement of the driving unit thereby performing durability test including adhesion by applying movement to the object to be tested accommodated in the accommodation space and attached on the fixing block and operating block. By using such an apparatus, it is possible to perform accurate durability test by reproducing movement or vibration applied on a real building and prevents materials with reduced durability from being used as fireproof filler materials for linear joint materials of a building.

    • PURPOSE: A loading device and a loading method using an uniform loading jig for a horizontal furnace of a long span is provided to connect the multipoint uniform loading jig to the loading device, thereby loading an uniform load to the horizontal furnace of the long span. CONSTITUTION: A loading device using an uniform loading jig(250) for a horizontal furnace of a long span comprises a loading frame assembly(240), a loading unit(230), a hydraulic unit(220), a control unit(210), a moving handle(260), and a steel ruler(270). The loading frame assembly is arranged in a rail arranged in both sides of a furnace body, thereby moving in a longitudinal direction of the furnace body. The loading unit is mounted on the upper part of the loading frame assembly, moves to a transverse direction of the furnace body, and includes an actuator applying vertical pressure to a horizontal member specimen. The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic tank, thereby applying fluid pressure to the actuator. The control unit controls the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic unit and the operation of the actuator, determines a load, the stress, and the displacement of an essential portion of the horizontal member specimen, and observes a destroying process of the horizontal member specimen, thereby confirming the static strength, the dynamic strength, and fatigue properties of the horizontal member specimen. The uniform loading jig includes a plurality of pressing plates face-contacting to the horizontal member specimen in order to transfer the uniform loading to the horizontal member specimen.
