    • PURPOSE: A stave with an isolated wire and a system for measuring the thickness of a melting furnace using the same are provided to enable a worker to easily confirm the changed thickness of the stave and to reduce a measuring error. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the thickness of a melting furnace using a stave comprises a current receiving unit(20), a current supply unit(10), and a current measurement unit(30). The current receiving unit has multiple isolated wires. The isolated wires are installed inside the inner wall of a melting furnace. The current supply unit supplies currents to the inside the melting furnace to flow the currents to the current receiving unit through the isolated wires. From the current measurement area is the current supply unit. The current measurement unit measures which isolated wire flows the currents.

    • PURPOSE: An air knife and a plating device with the same are provided to prevent a passage through which air is sprayed from being blocked by plating substrates even if the droplet plating substances are splattered toward the air knife. CONSTITUTION: An air knife comprises a lib(110), a coating layer(120), and a lip cleaner. The lip forms a passage to spray air and is exposed to the outside. The coating layer is coated on the lip and has lower wettability to a plating substance than to the lip. The plating substance is zinc, and the coating layer is composed of at least one of tin and manganese. The plating substance is in a liquid state. A contact angle between the coating layer and the plating substance is larger than a contact angle between the lip and the plating substance. The lip cleaner cleans the surface of the lip while moving along the lip.

    • PURPOSE: A system and a method for measuring the thickness of a melting furnace are provided to measure the thickness of a melting furnace regardless of a temperature change and a voltage value change. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the thickness of a melting furnace comprises a first resistance part(10), a second resistance part(20), and a resistance measurement part(30). The first and second resistance parts are subsided into the inner wall of a melting furnace. When the surface of the inner wall of the melting furnace is worn away, the resistance values of the first and second resistance parts are different from each other. The resistance measurement part is connected to the first and second resistance parts to measure a resistance difference between the first and second resistance parts.

The connecting member is arranged on the top of the fork pin. The connecting member guides that the top of the fork pins moves in a radiated direction using the centrifugal force. The fixing member fixes the rotary plate and connecting member.
