摘要： PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for making packages with glued flaps is provided to protect more effectively a pack or blank and particularly a packaging machine or contamination of mechanical elements during applying adhesive or sticking spot for a pack or blank within an adhesive station area. CONSTITUTION: A turret folder(20), to produce cigarette packages(10), uses an outer paper section(13) with side flaps(18,19) which are bonded together by glue dots applied by jets(31) on the side flaps(18). The glue jets(31) are at an acute angle to the movement plane of the packages. The emerging glue from the jets, for the glue dots, can be followed by a surplus, which is caught by the side flaps(18), which lie radially inwards, and they can be shaped into an angled setting for this purpose. Surplus glue is extracted by suction.
