    • PURPOSE: A high efficiency phosphorus processing system is provided to maximize the phosphorus removing efficient and satisfying the water quality standard stability by high processing efficiency of BOD, COD, SS. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency phosphorus processing system includes a effluent inflow pump(110), a phosphorus concentration detecting sensor(120), a jet mixer(130), a phosphorus processing agent introduction means(140), a control controller(150), and a jet filter(160). The phosphorus concentration detecting sensor detects the phosphoric concentration contained in the effluent inflow water. The jet mixers constitutes the annular flow when being at high speed inserting the inflow water. By inserting the inflow water to the center part of the inflow water which is inserted in high sped inside the jet mixer, the phosphorus processing agent introduction means inserts the phosphorus processing agent which forms floc through absorb reaction with phosphorus component including in the inflow water inside the jet mixer when the inflow water with the annular water. The control controllerr controls the phosphorus processing agent introduction means by determining the insertion amount of phosphorus processing agent according to the phosphorus concentration of the inflow water through the detection value detected by the concentration detecting sensor. The jet filter discharges the filtered final discharge water after filtering the floc by phosphorus reaction including in the phosphorus processing agent and inflow water as flowing in the reaction water comprising reaction by being mixed by a jet mixer.
    • 目的:提供高效磷处理系统,通过BOD,COD,SS的高处理效率,最大限度地提高磷去除效率,满足水质标准稳定性。 构成:高效磷处理系统包括污水流入泵(110),磷浓度检测传感器(120),喷射混合器(130),磷处理剂引入装置(140),控制控制器(150) 和喷射过滤器(160)。 磷浓度检测传感器检测污水流入水中含有的磷浓度。 当高速插入流入水时,喷射混合器构成环形流。 通过将流入水插入到喷射混合器内部高速喷入的流入水的中心部分,磷处理剂引入装置将通过吸收反应形成絮凝物的磷处理剂与包含在流入水中的磷成分进行吸收反应 喷射混合器当流入水与环形水。 控制控制器通过由浓度检测传感器检测的检测值,根据流入水的磷浓度确定磷处理剂的插入量来控制磷处理剂引入装置。 喷射过滤器通过磷反应过滤絮凝物,使过滤的最终排出水通过磷混合器混合而在包含反应的反应水中流动的磷处理剂和流入水中排出。
