The plurality of bore-holes are formed in a radial direction. The excavated bore holes are curved.

    • PURPOSE: A geothermal heat pump device using a cool tube and an indoor space cooling-and-heating method using the same are provided to maximize cooling-and-heating efficiency at low energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal heat pump device using a cool tube comprises a cool tube(20), a discharge pipe(40), a conversion damper(50), a heat pump(60), and an indoor heat exchanger(80). The cool tube is buried in the underground via the ground outside of the building and an indoor outlet(30) for supplying air to an indoor space of the building. The discharge pipe is branched from a portion of the cool tube communicated with the bottom part of the indoor outlet and connected to the outside. The conversion damper selectively opens and closes a branch sphere of the discharge pipe and the cool tube. The heat pump is driven or stopped by the conversion damper. A part of a heat exchange coil(62) is positioned under the conversion damper and embedded in the cool tube. When the heat pump operates, the indoor heat exchanger draws in indoor air and discharges the heat exchanged indoor air to the indoor space through a connection pipe.

The thermal heat supply unit supplies the heat source to a second heat exchanger(32) embedded in the heat storage tank. The boiler supplies the heat source to a first heat exchanger(22). A temperature sensor(50) is installed at one side of the heat storage tank. The control unit controls the operation of the boiler, solar heat supply unit, and the thermal heat supply unit according to the temperature measured by the temperature sensor.
