    • The present invention provides a continuously manufacturing method for hydroxylamine comprising: i) a step of supplying nitrate or nitrogen monoxide dissolved in a) hydrogen-containing gas, b) phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solutions, and c) phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solution to a hydroxylamine production band; ii) a step of producing hydroxylamine by reducing nitrate or nitrogen monoxide to hydrogen in the hydroxylamine production band; iii) a step of removing hydroxyl amine from the phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solution in a hydroxylamine removal band; iv) a step of adding nitrous acid gas or/and nitrate in the phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solution; v) a step of circulating the phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solution to the hydroxyl amine production band, and is characterized by removing the part of the phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solution and adding phosphoric acid in the remained phosphate-containing acidic aqueous solution, a manufacturing method for oxime from the same, a manufacturing method for lactam from the same and fertilizer product generated from the same.
    • 本发明提供了一种羟胺的连续制造方法,包括:i)在a)含氢气体中溶解硝酸盐或一氧化氮的步骤,b)含磷酸盐的酸性水溶液,和c)含磷酸盐的酸性水溶液, 羟胺生产带; ii)通过在羟胺生产带中将硝酸盐或一氧化氮还原为氢来生产羟胺的步骤; iii)在羟胺去除带中从含磷酸盐的酸性水溶液中除去羟胺的步骤; iv)在含磷酸盐的酸性水溶液中加入亚硝酸气体和/或硝酸盐的步骤; v)使含磷酸盐的酸性水溶液循环到羟胺生产带的步骤,其特征在于除去含部分含磷酸的酸性水溶液并在剩余的含磷酸盐酸性水溶液中加入磷酸, 肟的制造方法,由其制造的内酰胺的制造方法以及由其生成的肥料。
