摘要： A grounding terminal for an electric connector is provided to shield EMI and couple with 'L' type or 'U' type ground terminal opening. A ground terminal(32) comprises a main body(32c), a wing unit(32b) and a coupling unit. The main body has a piece shape. A wing unit is extended from the first side edge in the bottom of the main body, is arranged beside the main body and is shorter than the main body. A coupling unit is extended from the second side edge in the bottom of the main body and separated and extended from the main body. The main body and the wing unit are inserted into the grounding opening to connect the main body and the wing unit to a grounding pin of a terminal module electrically.
