    • PURPOSE: An available watching range measurement method for a display device is provided to offer service mobility in an optimal position through a service available range measuring method considering display characteristics. CONSTITUTION: An available watching distance and a view angle are determined in a manufacturing process of a display device. A home gateway (320) stores the available watching range information of the display device. The home network system confirms the location of the portable terminal by using a wireless signal transmitted and received from a portable terminal. The home network system confirms whether the portable terminal is moved to an available watching range based on the available watching range information of the display device in the home gateway.     • PURPOSE: A terminal selecting method for distributing traffic is provided to distribute concentrated traffic to a neighboring network when a new terminal requests access to an AP(Access Point) in which the data load is concentrated. CONSTITUTION: A situation information server(500) searches terminal information by searching for a terminal which overlaps a network which neighbors an integrated network for obtaining resources. When the search results in one found terminal, the situation information server selects a traffic distribution network by considering a moving direction of the terminal found in the search. When the search results in two or more found terminals, the situation information server searches for a traffic distribution terminal by using a zone information method. The zone information method determines the terminal found in the search based on priority.
