摘要： 본 발명은 타카를 사용하지 않고, 핫멜트를 사용하여 문틀을 고정하므로써 타카핀의 자국이 남지 않아 외관이 미려하고, 문틀의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제 1 캡 및 제 2 캡은 PVC 또는 목분 재질로 형성되고, 내측 모서리를 모따기하여 가문틀에 고정 결합하므로써 조립 작업을 용이하게 하기 위한 조립식 문틀을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 조립식 문틀(10)은 가문틀(20), 도어 스톱퍼(30), 제 1 캡(40), 제 2 캡(50) 및 문선 케이싱(60)을 구비한다. 가문틀(20)은 상기 가문틀(20)은 전면(22)과 후면(24) 및 측면(26)을 갖고, 일측 측면(26a)에서 내측으로 형성되는 홈부(25)를 가지며, 타측 측면(26b)의 후면(24)에서 연장되어 돌출되는 돌출부(27)를 갖는다. 도어 스톱퍼(30)는 외부로 노출되어 상기 도어(100)가 측면에 접촉되는 받침부(32) 및; 받침부(32)의 내측에 일체로 형성되고, 가문틀(20)에 부착되는 접합부(34)를 구비하여 접합부(34)의 내면에 도포되는 핫멜트에 의해 가문틀(20)에 고정된다. 제 1 캡(40)은 가문틀(20)의 전면(22)에 부착되는 전면부(42)를 갖고, 전면부(42)에서 연장되어 가문틀(20)의 일측 측면(26a)에 부착되고 일측 측면(26a)의 홈부(25)와 대응되는 위치에서 홈부(25)에 삽입되도록 돌기(46)가 형성되는 측면부(44)를 갖는다. 제 2 캡(50)은 가문틀(20)의 전면(22)에 부착되는 전면부(52)를 갖고, 전면부(52)에서 연장되어 가문틀(20)의 타측 측면(26b)에 부착되는 측면부(54) 및 측면부(54)에서 외측으로 연장되어 가문틀(20)의 돌출부(27)에 부착되는 연장부(56)를 갖는다. 문선 케이싱(60)은 가문틀(20)의 타측 측 면(26b) 및 제 2 캡(50)의 측면부(54)에 부착되도록 제 2 캡(50)의 연장부(56)와 대응되는 위치에서 홈부(62)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.

摘要： A glue gun is provided to allow a silicone melt to be applied stably to an accurate position in a short time, thereby improving the workability and maximizing work efficiency. A glue gun for applying a liquid silicone melt to the surface of a molding comprises: a housing(20) including a feeding unit for feeding the silicone melt; a nozzle(60) coupled to the front end of the housing and including a flow path having an outlet(65) through which the silicon melt introduced from the feeding unit is ejected toward the exterior, wherein an application surface(64) having the outlet faces to the surface of the molding; and a guiding unit(70) coupled to the housing and controlling the position of the outlet of the nozzle relative to the surface of the molding by being closely adhered to the molding in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the molding, wherein the position of the nozzle is determined by the guiding unit so that the silicone melt is uniformly applied to the surface of the molding. The outlet of the nozzle is formed in such a manner that the silicone melt introduced from the feeding unit is ejected forwardly. The guiding unit includes: a fixed block(72) having an insertion hole(74) passing therethrough laterally and coupled to the housing; a guiding bar(80) having an insertion portion(82) inserted into the insertion hole of the fixed block and a jaw(84) extended from the insertion portion beyond the nozzle; and a stopper(76) for fixing the guiding bar.

摘要： A nozzle for spraying silicone melt is provided to facilitate application of silicone melt when using a glue gun for applying silicone melt during the construction of molding ornaments, to reduce the time required for the application work, and to improve the application work efficiency. A nozzle for spraying silicone melt is installed in a glue gun to spray silicone melt in a liquid state to an application site. The nozzle comprises: a coupling portion(14) to be joined with the glue gun; a flow path(20) in which an inlet(21) for silicone melt and an outlet(25) for silicone melt communicating with each other. The flow path includes a main flow path(22) through which the silicone melt flows from the glue gun. The outlet is formed at the lateral side of the main flow path so that the silicone melt is sprayed laterally while the nozzle is coupled to the glue gun. The outlet is formed at the end of a sub flow path(24) formed to communicate with the main flow path on a lateral protrusion(16). The surface on which the outlet is formed has an angle of +/- 15 deg. to the lateral vertical surface.
