    • PURPOSE: Conductive nylon fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer superior conductivity and wash-resistance by absorbing copper sulfide. CONSTITUTION: Conductive nylon fiber includes copper sulfide absorbed on a cyan group or a silane group contacted on the fiber surface. The silane group and the cyan group of 0.1 ~ 5 weight% are included on the fiber. The copper sulfide of 1 ~ 15 weight% is included in the whole fiber. The silane group is introduced in the nylon fiber using a silane aqueous solution including aminopropyltriethoxysilane of 5 ~ 25 g/L, aminoethylaminopropyltri-methoxy silane or their mixture.
    • 目的:提供导电尼龙纤维及其制造方法,以通过吸收硫化铜提供优异的导电性和耐洗涤性。 构成:导电尼龙纤维包括吸收在青色基团上的硫化铜或与纤维表面接触的硅烷基团。 纤维中包含硅烷基和0.1〜5重量%的青色。 整个纤维中含有1〜15重量%的硫化铜。 使用5〜25g / L的氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,氨基乙基氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或其混合物的硅烷水溶液将硅烷基引入尼龙纤维中。
