    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a waterproof material and a waterproof material prepared by the method are provided, to improve the waterproofing property by using an elm tree and a lacquer tree. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing an elm tree and a lacquer tree which are completely dried, in half-and-half, and pulverizing the mixture to a size of about 100 mesh; mixing the obtained powder with water in the ratio of 1:30, injecting the solution into a metallic container, covering it and heating it at a temperature of 100 deg.C for about 30 min; moving the heated one into another container, covering it and dipping it into a cool water of about 0 deg.C to cool the obtained material; mixing 2 kg of the obtained material with 6 kg of liquid acryl monomer; and mixing 8 kg of the obtained mixture with 16 kg of a polypropylene polymer powder with stirring.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a method for manufacturing a floor warming mat using pozzolan as a main component and a floor warming mat manufactured thereby to enable the floor warming mat to have a variety of health advantages, a mechanical strength, and a visually appealing appearance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: placing a rectangular box-shaped wall body on a base surface; laying wire cores or bamboo strips horizontally, vertically or alternately on the base surface to form a wire core or bamboo strip layer; applying an inorganic mineral composition having pozzolan as a main component onto the wire cores or bamboo strips and pressing the resultant product using a rectangular pressing plate to form an inorganic mineral composition layer; laying wire cores or bamboo strips horizontally, vertically or alternately again on the resultant product with the inorganic mineral composition and pressing the same again to form another wire core or bamboo strip layer, thereby integrally forming the wire core or bamboo strip layers disposed on and under the inorganic mineral composition layer; and drawing out a semi-finished mat by separating the wall body from the base surface, drying and cooling the mat, and cutting the mat into a predetermined size for packing.

      이를 위한 본 발명은, 자연상태에서 완전건조를 시킨 느릅나무와 옻나무 반반씩을 분쇄기를 통해 100메시 전후의 입자가되도록 잘게 분쇄시키는 제1공정과; 상기 제1공정에 의해 제조된 느릅나무 ·옻나무 입자와 물을 1:30의 비율로 섞어서 금속재 용기 안으로 투입시키고 뚜껑을 닫은 후 100℃의 열을 가하여 30분 정도 가열시키는 제2공정과; 상기 제2공정을 거쳐 제조된 재료를 또 다른 금속재 용기로 이동시킨 후 뚜껑을 닫고 0℃ 정도의 온도를 가지는 냉수에 침전시켜 상기 재료를 냉각시키는 제3공정과; 상기 제3공정을 거쳐 제조된 재료 2Kg과 액상의 아크릴모노네(acrylic dispersion) 6Kg을 교반기로 투입시켜 혼합하는 제4공정과; 상기 제4공정을 거쳐 제조된 재료 8Kg에 분말상의 폴리플로필렌 폴리머 16Kg을 투입시켜 교반기로 교반하는 제5공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A settling groove(12) is formed in the middle of the hypocaust mat, and the heating member is inserted to the settling groove. The hypocaust mat is manufactured by mixing loess, straw, coffee grounds and pearlite, and heating members are arranged on plural hypocaust mats.
