CONSTITUTION: A plasma torch(1) includes a hollow cathode(20), an anode(10), a Teflon insulator(30), a gas injection port(33), a first solenoid lead wire(24) position adjacent to the hollow cathode(20), a second solenoid lead wire(14) positioned adjacent to the anode(10), an anode housing(15) for fixing the anode(10) and having a first cooling line(16) therein, and a cathode housing(25) for fixing the hollow cathode(20) and having a second cooling line(26) therein. The anode(10) is coupled to the anode housing(15) through a locking member(11) and is fixed by a fixing ring(12), which is fixed to the anode housing(15) by means of a bolt(13). The hollow cathode(20) is coupled to the cathode housing(25) through a locking pip(21) and fixed by a cathode fixing ring(22).

      본 고안의 고출력 공동형 플라즈마 토치(Plasma Torch)는 토치 본체, 라이너형태의 공동형 음극, 양극, 상기 토치 본체의 소정의 위치에서 플라즈마 개스를 토치 내부로 공급하는 개스 공급부, 상기 토치 본체의 외주에 설치한 장시간 수명을 위한 음극용 냉각라인(water cooling line) 및 양극용 냉각라인(water cooling line)를 포함하는 것으로, 본 고안은 전극 수명을 길게 유지하기 위하여 자기유발 자장(self induced magnetic field)의 원리를 도입하여 대전류 플라즈마아크를 흘릴 때 플라즈마 토치에 전류를 공급하는 인입선을 음극과 양극의 외측에 솔레노이드 형태로 설치하여 플라즈마 아크 전류에 의한 방위각 방향의 자기장과 솔레노이드 형태로 설치된 인입선에 흐르는 전류에 의해 발생되는 축방향 자기장의 합성에 의한 회전자기장에 의해 플라즈마 토치의 아크� � 회전시킴으로써 전극 표면에서 아크의 집중으로 인한 침식을 방지하고 열 손상을 저감하여 기존 토치의 가장 큰 문제점인 전극의 침식을 최소화 할 수 있도록 하는 한편 음극과 양극의 교체를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The exhaust gas is placed in a direction tilted to a third side (30) connecting the first side with the second side. The exhaust gas outlet discharges exhaust gas from the furnace. The plasma torch heats inside the furnace. The plasma torch is placed in a position closer to the second side than the first side from the third side. The plasma torch jets the plasma (P) to the exhaust gas before the exhaust gas is discharged.
