    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyamide is provided to manufacture a high molecular weight polyamide with a weight average molecular weight of 100 kg/mol or greater and to manufacture polymers in various shapes by using an initiator in a specific structure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyamide manufactures polyamide by polymerizing 2-pyrrolidone under the presence of an alkaline catalyst and using a carbon dioxide initiator and an isocyanate-based initiator. 0.01-0.5 mol of the carbon dioxide initiator is used per 1 mol of the alkaline catalyst. 5-30 mol% of the alkaline catalyst is used to 2-pyrrolidone. The polymerization is conducted at 10-100°C.
