摘要： The apparatus includes a supporting plate (92) fixed to the back surface of a cutting plate (11) near an opening (12), a pair of arms (95) on the outer surface of the supporting plate away from the cutting plate, and a supporting rod (96) interposed and supported between the arms. A mounting plate (98) for the blade (13) is rotatably mounted on the supporting rod by way of an engaging recess formed in a central portion of the plate on the side of the rod facing the supporting plate. The width of the mounting plate is less than the spacing between the pair of arms. A spring (107) is interposed between the mounting plate and the supporting plate rearwardly of the engaging recess and a member for adjusting the degree of protrusion of the blade is releasably connected between a rear portion of the mounting plate and the supporting plate.
