    • PURPOSE: A melting electrospinning apparatus and a multi-nozzle block therefor are provided to minimize electric field interference at each end of nozzle. CONSTITUTION: The melting electrospinning apparatus includes a source supplying part; an extruder; an influx unit; a protrusion type nozzle tip; a voltage applying part. The source supplying part supplies polymer which becomes raw materials of fiber. The extruder is connected to the source supplying part, and extrudes and emits the polymer provided from the source supplying part. The influx unit is connected to the extruder, and a melt is flown in. The protrusion type nozzle tip(221) discharges the flown in melt in the filament form. The voltage applying part applies a predetermined voltage to the nozzle block and electrically charges the melt.

The nozzle body(110) is connected to an extruder connection part. The nozzle unit(120) is combined in the tip-end part of the nozzle body, and includes a spinning hole, in which a spinning material is emitted. As to the medium feed port(200), a constant temperature chamber(320) of each stage supplies a medium for the temperature control within the constant temperature chamber. In the medium inlet port, the medium for temperature control from the medium feed port is inserted within the constant temperature chamber of each stage. In the medium flow path for temperature control, the medium for temperature control flows.

    • PURPOSE: A patch formulation containing a support layer and a drug layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maintain drug release rate and to ensure air permeability. CONSTITUTION: A patch formulation for attaching to the skin contains a support layer and a drug layer applied on one side or both sides of the support layer. The support layer contains porous non-woven fabric fabricated by electrospinning thermoplastic polyurethane ultra fine fiber aggregate. The average diameter of the ultra fine fiber is 0.1-10 um. The thickness of the non-woven fabric is 100-200 um. A method for fabricating the patch formulation comprises: a step of prepare thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) spinning polymer materials; a step of electrospinning the spinning polymer materials to prepare porous ultrafine fiber web; a step of calendaring the ultra fine fiber web to prepare porous ultra fine fiber non-woven fabric; and a step of applying a drug on one side or both sides of the non-woven fabric.
