    • PURPOSE: A friction stir welding device is provided to extend the service life of a welding tool of a rotary member by properly cooling the welding tool. CONSTITUTION: A friction stir welding device comprises a rotary member(10) and a heat transfer medium(50). The rotary member is moved along the joint parts(C) of base materials and generates frictional heat by pressing the joint parts of the base materials. The inside of the rotary member is filled with the heat transfer medium. The heat transfer medium comprises a Phase Change Material and cools heat generated in a welding tool(15).

    • A stud welding device and a stud welding method using the same are provided to check the quality of a welded part and to reduce the intensity deviation of a junction. A stud welding device comprises: a support stand(10) extending to the vertical direction; a pressurizer(30) supplying the downward pressure to the support stand; a collet(40) having a stud(1) mounted on a bottom part; a pressure meter(50) combined between a top end part of the collet and a bottom end part of the support stand; a current measuring unit(70) measuring the current flowing when the stud contacts with an object to be welded, based on the time; a controller(80) authorizing the voltage difference between the collet and the object to be welded, and calculating the comparison result of the measured current with the measured pressure; and an indicator(90) indicating the comparison result calculated by the controller.

    • A resistance welding device and a resistance welding method using the same are provided to apply current to a boss or a stud by using a collect connected with a power device in order to generate friction heat, resulting in increase of welding speed and strength of a welded part. A resistance welding device comprises a lower electrode(120), a collet(140), a rotary power provider(170), and a shaft(150). The lower electrode, placed at the lower part of a sample(130) to be welded, applies current to the sample. The collet holds a boss or stud(135) and applies current to the boss or stud. The rotary power provider rotates the collet. The shaft transfers the rotary power of the rotary power provider to the collet. A transfer part(160), placed on the shaft, moves the collet vertically through the shaft. A power device(192) is connected to the lower electrode and the collet through bus bars(190).

    • A friction stir spot-welding equipment which can weld plural sheets to an accurate depth and improves bonding strength accordingly by measuring displacement of a frame of the spot-welding equipment, thereby constantly controlling an inserting depth of a welding pin is provided. A friction stir spot-welding equipment(100) comprises: a frame(102) having a support(116) mounted on a lower portion(104b) thereof such that sheets(160) to be welded are placed on the support; a rotation mechanism(108) of which an end is connected to an upper portion(104a) of the frame such that a welding pin(114) is mounted on the end of the rotation mechanism; a drive part(112) for rotating the rotation mechanism; a displacement measuring instrument for measuring displacement of the frame; and a transfer part(110) for correcting position of the rotation mechanism according to the displacement of the frame. The friction stir spot-welding equipment further comprises: a calculation part(140) for calculating a displacement measured in the displacement measuring instrument; a transfer control part(130) for controlling the transfer part according to displacement calculation of the calculation part; and a control part(150) for controlling the entire operation including welding operation.
