    • An upper deck structure of a steel pallet is provided to construct the lightweight and optimized building structure by securing a maximum strength value for the limited weight. In an upper deck structure of a steel pallet having at least one groove, the number of grooves is set as two. The upper deck structure of the steel pallet has a maximum strength value for the minimum weight by setting total width(Au), width(Bu) of the groove, and width(Cu) of a gap between the grooves at the aspect ratio of 3:1:3. In particular, the strength is doubly increased in comparison to the aspect ratio of 1:1:1. The steel pallet upper deck having two grooves has the lowest stress for the steel pallet upper deck having one or three grooves.

    • PURPOSE: A steel panel unified with the arrangement of reinforcing bars and a thermal insulating materials is provided to form a frame of a wall easily and conveniently by assembling simply on a working site and to function as a finishing material and a mold form for concrete placement. CONSTITUTION: A steel panel forming a concrete wall comprises a reinforcing bar stiffener connected by connecting many reinforcing bars(20a,22a,24a) in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, several steel plates(11a,11b) fixed to both sides of the reinforcing bar stiffener and provided with screw holes(14) formed on the middle and upper parts of a folded part(17) and a thermal insulating material(30) inserted into the rectangular parallelepiped formed by the reinforcing bar stiffener.

    • PURPOSE: A steel frame is provided to improve constructability of a structure frame and to improve structural safety by dispersing the load transferred from an upper bearing wall by a rim track. CONSTITUTION: The steel frame(30) comprises the steps of arranging many steel studs(32), forming a bearing wall which supports the vertical load of a structure by installing a track(33) on each end of the steel stud(32) and connecting steel studs(32), and forming a frame of a bottom by installing many decks(31) horizontally on the bearing wall to place concrete. An H-type rim track(37) is installed between upper and lower steel studs(32,35) and coupled with a deck(31) laterally.
