    • PURPOSE: A shroud nozzle for continuous casting is provided to prevent overflow due to a floating matter layer during the pouring of the molten steel by preventing the floating matter layer from flowing inside the shroud nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A shroud nozzle for continuous casting comprises a nozzle body(10), and a cap(20). The both ends of the nozzle body are connected. An inlet port(11) is formed at one side of the nozzle body. An outlet port(13) is formed at the other side of the nozzle body. The cap is inserted into the outlet port of the nozzle body. The cap blocks the outlet port. A through-hole(23a) is formed on the cap. The molten steel passes through the through-hole.

    • PURPOSE: An exhaust system by using vortex is provided to reduce noise from vortex interference and to remove exhaust gas within the large area by forming vortex with a swirler, and to cut down cost by installing easily with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust system is composed of a disk type swirler(10) rotated and installed to an exhaust pipe(50), a blade(11) arranged vertically along the swirler to form vortex, and a driving unit installed in the exhaust pipe to rotate the swirler. Powerful vortex is formed in the exhaust space by rotating the swirler with blades at high speed, and air curtain is formed by interaction of vortex and exhaust flow. The exhaust area is collected around the central axis by the air curtain, and the exhaust area is enlarged by concentrating exhaust flow on the pollution region. Energy efficiency is improved by actuating the swirler in contaminating momentarily and partially, and pollution is removed efficiently by forming vortex.

    • 진공조내를 강압하게 되면 진공도에 따라 용강이 진공조 안으로 상승 및 하강되면서 고청정강으로 제조되는 진공탈가스설비(RH)의 진공개시시 슬래그 흡입이 차단되는 침적관을 제공한다.
      상기 진공개시시 슬래그흡입이 차단되는 침적관은, 진공조의 하측으로 연결되는 연결부 하측의 철피;와, 상기 철피의 내,외측에 제공되는 내화부재; 및, 상기 철피 연결부에 연계되고 용강 상층의 슬래그의 두께에 대응하면서 진공개시시 슬래그의 진공조 흡입을 차단토록 제공되는 내화벽돌을 구비하는 격벽수단을 포함하여 구성되어 있다.
      본 발명에 의하면, 진공조내에 진공이 개시되면 용강상층의 슬래그의 두께에 대응하여 격벽수단의 내측 침적관을 통하여 용강만이 상승됨으로서, 슬래그의 진공조 흡입을 효과적으로 차단하는 한편, 이에 따라 용강의 품질을 향상시키는 한편, 슬래그 흡입에 의한 설비사고를 방지시키는 보다 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A submerged pipe for blocking suction of slag when starting vacuum is provided in which a partition wall means blocks slag on the outer wall of the submerged pipe correspondingly to thickness of slag on an upper layer of molten steel when the submerged pipe is submerged into molten steel to effectively prevent suction of slag into vacuum tank. CONSTITUTION: The submerged pipe(1) comprises a metal case(10) at a lower side of connection part(12) connected to a lower side of vacuum tank; a fireproof member(20) formed at inner and outer sides of the metal case; and a partition wall means(30) connected to the connection part of the metal case to block suction of slag into the vacuum tank when vacuum is started correspondingly to thickness of slag on an upper layer of molten steel, wherein the fireproof member comprises firebrick(22) formed at an inner side of the metal case, and castable(24) formed at an outer side of the metal case, and rail means are installed on the castable, and wherein the partition wall means comprises a corrugated pipe part(32) connected to the connection part of the metal case and contracted and expanded in up and down directions; a core part(34) integrally extended to a lower part of the corrugated pipe part; and a fire proof partition wall(36) integrally formed on inner and outer sides of the core part.
