摘要： PURPOSE: A shock absorbing roller of a belt conveyor is provided to prevent a serious accident by avoiding the uneven wear, deformation and breakage of a roller by absorbing the shock generated from a belt conveyor and to prevent the meandering of a belt by forming a spiral coil spring. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) has specific length and diameter. The outer circumference of a base member(20) is combined to both end portions of the inner circumference of a coil spring. A shaft of a specific height is protruded onto the central portion of one outer surface of the base member. A first gear member(30) is combined to the shaft. The first gear member is combined to a second gear member(40). Many bearings(50) are embedded in between the gear teeth and the outer circumference of the second gear member. Steel wires are installed between roller stands. A belt is installed on the body. If a material is loaded on a belt, the body is bent downward by the weight of the material or absorbs a shock when the amount of the material is small. The steel wires perform as threads. Thus, the belt is guided to the center.
