    • PURPOSE: A transportation device for heat treatment is provided to prevent a material from being transformed by heat stress or residual stress generated in the material and to enable even heat treatment in a whole section by uniformly maintaining a property of the material. CONSTITUTION: A transportation device comprises a transportation unit(120) and a material mounting unit(130). The transportation unit is supplied between a heat treating furnace and a cooling tank and transports a material for heat treatment. The material mounting unit is engaged with the transportation unit and slantly moves the material. The material mounting unit comprises a bonding unit, a support unit, and a connection unit.

      상기 고장력 열연강판은 Si을 함유하는 고장력 열연강판이고; 그리고
      상기 산탱크에서 스케일을 제거한 후 린스탱크에서 린스하기 전에,
      1 ~ 5중량%의 염산 및 2 ~ 10중량%의 불산을 함유하는 혼산용액을 사용하여 산탱크에서 제거되지 않은 실리콘 화합물 및 망간 화합물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 열연강판의 산세방법이 제공된다.
      본 발명에 의하면, 우수한 산세 품질을 갖는 고장력 열연강판을 고 생산성으로 제공할 수 있다.

A high-tension hot-rolled steel sheet passes through hydrochloric acid solution of acid tanks(2, 3, 4) for removing scales and the hot-rolled steel is rinsed in rinsing tanks(6, 7, 8). The high-tension hot-rolled steel sheet includes Si(Silicon) and Mn(Manganese). A mixed acid solution including 1 to 5wt.% hydrochloric acid and 2 to 10wt.% hydrofluoric acid and the residual Si and Mn compound that are not removed in an acid tanks is removed by the acid compound.
