CONSTITUTION: The uncooked food product contains cereals, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and seaweeds as a main vegetable ingredient, chlorella, coating Lactobacillus, yeast and Monascus pilosus as a microbial ingredient, royal jelly, chito oligosaccharide, sugar, and salt. It additionally contains 0.1-5.0% of a red ginseng. The cereals are selected from the group consisting of brown rice, alpha brown rice, polished rice, barley Job's tears, broomcorn, glutinous millet, rice bran, alpha corn, soybean, potato, perilla, or sesame. The vegetables are selected from the group consisting of pumpkin, radish, leaves of radish, cabbage, carrot, burdock, lotus root, kale, fairy herb, pine needles, or parsley. The fruits are selected from the group consisting of apple, citron, persimmon, peach, banana, strawberry, or lemon. The mushrooms are selected from the group consisting of oak mushroom(Lentinus edodes), Ling chiu mushroom(Ganoderma Lucidum), Coriolus versicolor, cultivated mushroom(Agaricus bisporus), oyster mushroom(Pleurotus ostreatus), Umbilicaria escuenta minks, or winter mushroom(Flammulina velutipes). The seaweeds are selected from the group consisting of laver, kelp, or green layer. The sugar is selected from the group consisting of oligosaccharide, xylitol, erythritol, or parathinose.
