A resource graph is generated by connecting the attribute relation between resource nodes based on the relationship information to the arc. The similarity of the resource-class pair is calculated on the basis of the number of arc which applies the class node as a source or destination node and the number of arc which applies the resource node as the source or destination node(S150). The resources and the relationship information between the classes are generated on the basis of the similarity of the resource-class pair.
