    • The present invention relates to a streetlight having an exposed heat radiating unit to which a heat pipe is applied, comprising an LED module; a contact part which is in contact with the LED module; a heat pipe in which one side is in contact with the contact part; a heat radiating unit in which the heat pipe is in contact with the extended other side thereof; and a case in which the LED module, the contact part and the heat pipe are contained while the heat radiating unit forms the outside of the case as a part or a whole, thereby solving internal heat radiating problems of the case by maximizing heat radiating efficiency using the heat pipe and a heat sink exposed to the outside. Furthermore, despite the LED streetlight of high capacity, the present invention may reduce the entire size of the LED streetlight as well as the entire size of a light by relatively miniaturizing the size of the heat radiating unit to have the reduced weight of the light, thereby requiring no separate structure for supporting the light.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electric double-layered capacitor is provided to minimize a defect ratio by simultaneously assembly a plurality of caps and subsequently cutting a substrate to which the caps are combined. CONSTITUTION: A receiving space is formed inside the frame of a cap. The cap is loaded on the each loading groove of a first jig(S1). An adhesive is applied on the bottom side of the receiving space and the bottom side of the frame of the cap(S2). An electrode and an insulating body are attached on the upper side of the adhesive(S3). A substrate is loaded on the loading side of a second jig(S4). The adhesive is applied on the upper side of the substrate(S5). An electrode is attached on the upper side of the adhesive(S6). The combination body of the cap and the substrate is heated, the cap is fixed to the substrate(S7). Electrolyte fills a hole in the substrate(S8). The substrate is cut along the frame of the cap(S9).

    • PURPOSE: A plate type nanotube manufacturing system using nano particles is provided to produce the same quality of a nanotube by standardizing the nanotube automatically. CONSTITUTION: A plate type nanotube manufacturing system using nano particles comprises a nanotube washing device, a first nanotube pressing device(20), a fluid injection device(90), a second nanotube pressing device, and a nanotube control device(700). The nanotube washing device washes foreign substances of internal and external a hollow channel of a nanotube. The first nanotube pressing device presses one side of nanotube in order to inject fluids into the inside of the nanotube which is already washed. The first nanotube pressing device includes a nanotube pressing unit(60) for hermetically sealing the hollow channel of the nanotube. The fluid injection device injects the fluids including nano particles into the inside of a pressed nanotube. The second nanotube pressing device changes the fluids into gases by heating the nanotube injected with the fluids. The nanotube control device controls whole operating the devices.
