摘要： A waste tire sludge extracting device is provided to obtain heating materials with excellent heating efficiency, workability, heat transfer efficiency in applying power, and external heat absorption capability by adding sludge extracted from waste tires into the heating material. The waste tire sludge extracting device(500) is composed of a pyrolysis furnace(300); a first transfer unit(120) delivering waste tires and waste rubber from the outside to the inside of the pyrolysis furnace; a second transfer unit(130) transferring the waste oil from the outside to the inside of the pyrolysis furnace; a third transfer unit(140) having a gas collecting unit disposed in the pyrolysis furnace, and collecting and transferring gas generated in pyrolyzing the waste materials into the outside; a fourth transfer unit(220) closely contacted to the lower side of the pyrolysis furnace and connected with the pyrolysis furnace so as to send sludge, which is generated after pyrolysis and deposited at the lower end of the pyrolysis furnace, from the pyrolysis furnace to the outside; a drying and transferring unit(400) disposed under the pyrolysis furnace to dry and transfer the sludge sent from the third transfer unit; and a heat supply unit installed at the lower side of the drying and transferring unit and the pyrolysis furnace to supply heat to the drying and transferring unit and the pyrolysis furnace.
