    • PURPOSE: A heat conducting component with excellent self heat dissipation and thermal conduction is provided to make external transfer of heat easy, by maximizing surface area contacting with the air. CONSTITUTION: A thermal conductor comprises a protection film (130). The thermal conductor is attached to the whole or a part of one side or both sides of a metal sheet (110). The protection film is attached to one side or both sides of a graphite sheet (120). A heat conducting component is formed with a solid shape having a bent portion. The external side and the internal side of the heat conducting component contact with the gas.

    • PURPOSE: A thermal foam gasket is provided to effectively emit heat generated from the heat source such as an electronic product to the outside, thereby maximizing heat dissipation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A sponge(110) comprises an inside elastomer. A heat conductive layer(140) is formed on the exterior of the sponge. An adhesive layer(120) fixes the sponge and the heat conductive layer. The heat conductive layer is formed in either graphite or graphene. A small fragments separation protection coating layer is equipped in a cut surface formed by the cut.

    • A cleaning and drying device according to the present invention includes an electrolyte jetting unit which is installed on the front side of a drum, which rotates inside an electronic reactor wherein an electrolyte is received and of which the surface is exposed from the reactor, and which prevents a thin film deposited on the drum from getting dried by jetting the electrolyte supplied from outside on one side of the thin film; a cleaning water jetting unit which is installed on the upper side of the electrolyte jetting unit and which cleans the electrolyte off the thin film by jetting cleaning water supplied from outside to one side of the thin film; and an air jetting unit which is installed on the upper side of the cleaning water jetting unit and which dries the thin film while drawing the cleaning water on one side of the thin film downward by jetting the air supplied from outside downward to one side of the thin film.
