    • PURPOSE: An ultrasonic flow rate measuring system is provided to reduce measurement errors caused by ambient causes by preventing the propagation of the vibration of a pipe or an ultrasonic sensor. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic flow rate measuring system comprises a first ultrasonic wave sensor group(26a), a second ultrasonic sensor group(26b), and a flow rate calculator. The first ultrasonic wave sensor group includes at least two pairs of ultrasonic sensors which are installed to face inside a flow passage of a pipeline(10). The second ultrasonic sensor group includes at least two pairs of the ultrasonic sensors installed to face inside the flow passage so a plurality of measuring lines is across the plurality of measuring lines of the ultrasonic sensors of the first ultrasonic sensor group. The flow rate calculator calculates a flow rate of fluid flowing through the pipeline based on the data of an average of the measuring lines obtained by transceiving signals of each ultrasonic sensor of first and second ultrasonic sensor groups.

    • PURPOSE: An ultrasonic sensor for high temperature and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to utilize a high-output surface cut at 36° to a Y-axis by using an LN piezoelectric vibrator without damage to the piezoelectric vibrator as a silver glass frit material is utilized for bonding an LN piezoelectric vibrator and a titanium delay material. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic sensor for high temperature comprises a piezoelectric vibrator (1), a delay material (3), and a bonding layer (2). The piezoelectric vibrator is formed of lithium niobate and utilizes a surface, which is obtained by rotating a surface of a lithium niobate crystal orthogonal to a Y-axis at 36°±2° around an X-axis, as an output surface. The delay material is formed of titanium. The bonding layer bonds one surface of the delay material to the output surface. The bonding layer is formed of silver and frit glass.
