摘要： 본 발명은 백라이트 유닛의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 광산란성 입자를 배합한 점착제 조성물을, 발광체가 존재하는 기판에 코팅 및 경화 또는 반경화시켜 백라이트 유닛을 제조한다. 상기와 같이 형성된 점착제는, 고온 또는 고온고습과 같은 가혹한 조건 하에서도 들뜸, 박리 및 휨을 유발하지 않고, 또한 황변이나 백탁 등의 현상도 일으키지 않는다. 이에 따라, 본 발명에서는, 높은 휘도 및 우수한 휘도 균일도를 가지면서도, 발광체로 인한 단차를 극복하고, 얇은 두께를 가지는 유닛을 제공할 수 있으며, 또한 플렉서블 소자로의 적용에도 유리한 유닛을 제공할 수 있다.

摘要： 본 발명은 백라이트 유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 광산란성 입자를 배합한 점착제를 발광체가 존재하는 기판에 부착시켜 백라이트 유닛을 구성한다. 상기 점착제는, 고온 또는 고온고습과 같은 가혹한 조건 하에서도 들뜸, 박리 및 휨을 유발하지 않고, 또한 황변이나 백탁 등의 현상도 일으키지 않는다. 이에 따라, 본 발명에서는, 높은 휘도 및 우수한 휘도 균일도를 가지면서도, 발광체로 인한 단차를 극복하고, 얇은 두께를 가지는 유닛을 제공할 수 있으며, 또한 플렉서블 소자로의 적용에도 유리하다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a backlight unit is provided to be favorable for applying to a flexible element. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition material including a monomer or a polymer material and light emitting particle(20) on an upper part of the substrate existing on the light emitting particle. The adhesive composition semi-stiffens or stiffens. A diffusing plate is attached on the coated adhesive composition. The monomer or the polymer component includes an acrylics polymer having a cross-linkable functional group. The adhesive component additionally includes a multi functional cross linker.

摘要： PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to have a yellowing or white turbidity phenomena without inducing a peeling off or bending even in a harsh condition such as high temperature or high humidity. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) exists a light emitting body(20) at an upper part. An adhesive pad(30) includes an adhesive layer which is hardening material of an adhesive composition including a light scattering particle(32). The luminous body is a light emitting diode. The adhesive pad can be configured as a single layer of the adhesive layer and can be adhesive including an optical film or a release film which is differently formed on one side or both sides of the adhesive layer.
