    • 본 발명은 냉장고용 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 양측 엔드 플레이트의 사이에 다수 개의 핀 플레이트가 냉각관에 관통되어 적층되되 각 핀 플레이트의 길이를 서로 다르게 형성하여 이웃하는 핀 플레이트와 도입측의 단부가 수평선 상으로 상이하도록 배열함과 아울러 각 핀 플레이트에 홀부와 슬릿부가 함께 구비된 다수 개의 유동안내부를 형성하여 구성함으로써, 상기 핀 플레이트의 도입측 피치와 도출측 피치를 서로 상이하게 조립하기가 용이하여 생산성이 향상된다.
      또한, 상기 도입측 피치가 도출측 피치에 비해 상대적으로 넓어져 공기의 유동이 원활하게 됨과 아울러 각 핀 플레이트에 유동안내부의 슬릿부가 형성됨에 따라 공기가 슬릿부에 부딪혀 난류화되면서 핀 플레이트와의 접촉면적이 넓어지게 되는 것은 물론 인접한 핀 플레이트의 착상에 의해 공기의 유동방향이 틀어지더라도 유동안내부의 홀부가 유동통로를 형성하게 되어 공기의 흐름을 원활하게 함에 따라 열교환 효율이 향상된다.

CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a pair of end plates(11) disposed on both ends; a plurality of fin plates(12) laid between the end plates; and refrigerant pipes(13) perforate through the end plates and the fin plates and fluidically connected with each other. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer fin is installed on a heat transfer pipe, forming a passage of refrigerant, parallel to flowing direction of air to expand heat transfer area of the heat transfer pipe. A hydrophobic processed surface(13c) is formed on a surface of a lower end of the heat transfer fin with respect to direction of gravity. A hydrophilic processed surface(13b) is formed on the rest of the surface of the heat transfer fin. The width of the lower end of the heat transfer fin gets gradually narrower to form a vertex(13a) on an end of the heat transfer fin.
