    • PURPOSE: A crash box for a vehicle is provided to dually disperse and absorb impact energy generating in crashing at the front of a vehicle because front and rear reinforcing members are connected between a bumper beam and a side member. CONSTITUTION: A crash box for a vehicle comprises a main body(10) and a front and rear reinforcing member(20,30). A polygon hollow tube is formed in the main body. Part of the front and rear reinforcing member is inserted into an internal space of the main body. The front and rear reinforcing member is respectively connected to a bumper beam and a side member(5) and secondarily absorbs impact inputted from the outside at the front and rear sides of the main body. The front and rear reinforcing member comprises front and rear flange parts(21,31) and front and rear insertion parts(23,33). The front and rear flange parts are connected to the bumper beam and the side member and a hole(22) is arranged in the center. The front and rear insertion parts are integrally folded from the hole of the flange parts corresponding to the main body and are inserted in the internal space of the main body.
