    • PURPOSE: A buried type electric heater is provided to decrease a waste of electricity and prevent a defect of a component due to corrosion by preventing a leak current. CONSTITUTION: A buried type electric heater comprises a tube type body(110), a hotwire(120), a pair of hot wire extension portion(140), a power line(180), a pair of hot wire connection portion(170), a pair of protection tube(190), a filling material, a protection cap(160) and a sealing material(150). The hot wire is located so as to pass through the inside of the tube type body horizontally. A pair of hot wire extension portion is connect to the both end of the hot wire. The power line is coated. A pair of hot wire connection portion connect electrically the power line and the each of the hot wire extension portion. A pair of protection tube is located so as to surround the outer circumference of each of the hot wire extension and connection portion. The filling material is filled inside of the tube type body. The protection cap is composed of hollow body covering the outside of both end of the tube body. The sealing material is filled in a space formed by the protection cap and the end surface of filling material.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a layered type electronic heating apparatus is provided to reduce the manufacturing time by eliminating the use of a protective cap made of thermal contraction material to omit a heating procedure. CONSTITUTION: A pipe, a hot wire, a frame connecting terminal having a hooking frame, a frameless connecting terminals, a power line, a grounding line, a protective cap, a stopper, a heat transferring material, and a liquid sealant are provided(S100). One end of the hot wire is coupled to the frameless connecting terminal and the other end is coupled to the frame connecting terminal, to thereby insert the stopper into the frameless connection terminal(S110). The tailored pipe is erected in vertical(S120). An assembly completed at step(S110) is hung on the center of the pipe(S130). The lower portion of the tailored pipe is sealed with the stopper(S170). The power line and the grounding line are connected to the terminals(S180). The liquid sealant is filled in an inner space of the protective cap(S190). The protective cap is sealed on the pipe(S200).
